Cupcake in a Jar

I've been meaning to bake some cupcakes in jars since I bought some heat resistant glass jars last year. Two of my nieces ( bro's daughters) celebrated their birthdays last month so I had an excuse to bake some. I used Betty Crocker Devil's Food cake mix. Since I was not baking a huge batch of cupcakes, I just baked them in a preheated toaster oven for 20 minutes. When the cupcakes cooled completely, I frosted them with buttercream and personalized each jar. They came out absolutely adorable and yummy! Maybe next time I'll try to bake some pies in jars too!

Digital Scrapbooking

Digital scrapbooking is one of my favorite hobbies. So far I have done 20+ photo books which I have given to my nieces and nephews. I had the pages stitch-bound by Artscow. The print quality is pretty good. I love Artscow! They always have promos all year round for free photo books (20-30 pages) and other items too. You just have to pay for the $7.99 shipping cost . I always wait for the promo before I order from them to save money. lol! I think I have gotten coupon codes for more than 50 free photo books but I did not avail all of them. That's a lot and I don't have that much photos to scrap and the code expires in a month.
I also love Shutterfly for professionally bound photo books ( glue bound) but they're a bit pricey. I'm currently working on a fantasy themed photo book for Ykaie and here are some of the pages I've finished.

Credits: background and castle are stock images from Stock.XCHNG and deviantart, fairies by Joanne Bain, unicorn images from deviantart ( sorry I don't remember who the owner of the images is)
